All pricing listed on this Site, including the service call fee and labor rate, is subject to change without notice. The rates confirmed at the time of scheduling apply to your specific service visit.
Parts and materials are quoted separately and must be approved by the customer before any work begins. Payment terms are determined at the time of service. Genesis Mobile RV Service reserves the right to require payment before or upon completion of service.
Genesis Mobile RV Service stands behind the work performed by our technicians. If you are not satisfied with a repair, contact us promptly so we can assess and address the issue.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Genesis Mobile RV Service is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from services performed, including but not limited to loss of use of the vehicle, lost revenue, or costs of alternate transportation.
Our liability for any claim arising from services performed is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
