Genesis Mobile RV Services is owned and operated by Ralph, a U.S. military veteran who spent more than 25 years working hands-on in the RV industry before opening this company. In that time, he saw the same problem play out over and over: an RV breaks down, the owner has to arrange a tow, and then waits weeks for a dealership service bay to even look at it — all while the trip they planned for months sits on hold.
Genesis exists to fix that problem directly. Instead of asking you to bring the RV to a shop, the shop comes to you, whether that’s a driveway, a storage lot, or a campsite two hours from the nearest dealership. Most issues are diagnosed and repaired in a single visit, using the same systems knowledge Ralph built over decades of working on motorhomes, travel trailers, and fifth wheels.
The military habits carried over into how the business runs day to day: show up when you say you will, diagnose the actual problem instead of guessing, and stand behind the repair after the truck leaves.

Awarded by the Recreational Vehicle Service Academy after completing hands-on and written certification coursework, plus a verified year of full-time field experience. It’s one of the most established technician certifications in the RV repair industry.
Required to legally purchase, handle, and recover refrigerant used in RV air conditioning and refrigeration systems. It means AC and refrigerator repairs are handled safely and within federal regulations, not improvised.
